How Do I Remove The ‘fast Twist’ Golf Cleats?
I’ve got Footjoy Greenjoys and I’m having difficulty removing them. I don’t want to go into my local Pro Shop and feel a right tit when they just twist out. I don’t want to ratch them out for fear of ruining the shoe!

try to wet the bottom of your shoe first for a couple of minutes to loosen dried out mud and dirt, then try to twist them out.. hope this helps..
Fast Twist or not. Isn’t there some sort of a spike wrench to insert new spikes and remove the old? If not, of what use are they. Did I see an ad which said to replace your spikes every 10 rounds? What material are these made from ? Paper Mache?
